I have always been a bit overweight, even as a child. This was very damaging to my self-esteem. I wasn’t doing anything differently to other children and often observed that my physical activity was greater than most of my slimmer friends. The food I was raised eating and the food I have raised my family on, I considered a normal healthy diet.

To my frustration, over the years I continued to gain weight. I first visited Marianne to for assistance with weight loss and have discovered that what I had been taught and what I had then in turn taught my children about diet was sadly lacking.

Marianne has patiently taught me how to adjust my diet so that my body looks after me in every way that it was designed to. To date I have lost 23.5kg with a little more to go. But more importantly I’ve discovered what my body REALLY needs to maintain good health.

After suffering Irritable Bowel Syndrome for over 25 years, and sinus problems from my early childhood, I have finally found a cure through your wisdom and advice. With the changes to my diet and getting my body back on track, it has been a miracle. 12 months ago I was diagnosed with Barrett’s Syndrome, which is pre cancerous cells in my stomach.

3 weeks ago I had another endoscopy and when I got the results back the Barrett’s was gone. I have also been under an ENT specialist for many years. In August last year I was diagnosed with polyps in my left and right sinus. The Specialist was talking about another operation, which would have been my 3rd operation. I visited the doctor 3 weeks ago and the polyp in my left sinus was gone and the 2 on the right had shrunk and are now very tiny. No need for surgery. Once again, I say thank you, Marianne.

Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to Marianne. Marianne, you have changed my life, you have in fact given me back my life. 14 months ago I was ready to give up on my health. For a 38-year-old, mum of 3 beautiful girls, I was a mess, feeling like a very old 80-year-old who was constantly being run over by a train. With the diagnosis of lupus, RA, sinus, back pain, and skin issues, I just wanted to curl up and give up. I was hugely disappointed in myself that I couldn’t do simple things, like use my hands to do my girls’ hair or even butter a piece of bread. I have been a diabetic insulin dependent for over 13 years. Injecting myself 3 times a day also taking 2 tablets twice daily. Having regular hypos and feeling sick most days. In Nov 2013 I was given more drugs because of my kidneys. I was on tablets for high cholesterol & blood pressure and actos tablets to lower my blood sugar levels.

After 18 years of being constantly exhausted and unexpected weight gain, after contracting Glandular Fever and Barmah Forest Virus, I finally took the plunge and decided I had to see a Naturopath. Over the years, after countless blood tests, doctors were at a loss and an endocrinologist informed me there was nothing wrong with me…if I had any more problems to go back to my doctor.
