E-Clinic and Client Resources

The E-Clinic provides resources and information for patients.  You will need a login to access some of these resources.  If you have not been provided with a login you can give call the clinic or send an email through to info@passion4health.com.au and I’ll get that sorted out right away for you.

Access to the E-Clinic is provided to patients that have had a face to face or online consultation in the last six months.
