I’ve discovered what my body REALLY needs to maintain good health

I have always been a bit overweight, even as a child. This was very damaging to my self-esteem. I wasn’t doing anything differently to other children and often observed that my physical activity was greater than most of my slimmer friends. The food I was raised eating and the food I have raised my family on, I considered a normal healthy diet.

To my frustration, over the years I continued to gain weight. I first visited Marianne to for assistance with weight loss and have discovered that what I had been taught and what I had then in turn taught my children about diet was sadly lacking.

Marianne has patiently taught me how to adjust my diet so that my body looks after me in every way that it was designed to. To date I have lost 23.5kg with a little more to go. But more importantly I’ve discovered what my body REALLY needs to maintain good health.

Looking better feels great but now seems secondary to increasing my understanding of what keeps me well throughout the ups and downs of life. Thank you, Marianne, for guiding and supporting me on this journey.
