Hi, I'm Melissa Cook & I promise to be there every step of the way on your transformation journey.

I grew up as an overweight child in a family of overweight adults as education about healthy eating was very different back then. I remember our household consisted of 'low fat' everything and yet my family were very overweight. Obesity and many other health issues were amongst my immediate family and I did not wish to add myself to that genetic background. By my late teens I took it upon myself to lose 2 dress sizes by eating healthy and exercising which created an energetic, more happier and healthier me. These experiences have led me to my studies in Nutritional Medicine to help educate others to lead a healthier and happy sustaining lifestyle. 

Happiness to me is being in the outdoors whether it is hiking or leisurely walking on the beach, cooking and creating healthy treats, my morning coffee, going to the gym (exercise as well as the social aspect), meeting with friends or family for a lovely meal and nurturing myself through massage, positive affirmations, meditation and yoga.

I believe wellbeing is an accumulation of Mind, Body, Spirit and NUTRITION.
