Swedish Massage

Swedish massage uses a combination of techniques to deliver either a relaxing or therapeutic massage depending on your specific requirements. Working with the information provided on your client intake form and initial interview we will work with your body to provide gentle release of tight muscles, improve joint mobility, circulation and alleviate stress.

Remedial Massage

Poor posture, bad body mechanics and general wear and tear all take their toll on the body. Remedial massage incorporates a specific series of muscle tests and postural analysis to identify problem areas. Your therapist will then use a variety of techniques including:

• Trigger point therapy;

• Myofascial release;

• PNF stretching;

• Cross fibre mobilisation.

Reflexology

Refloxology is a unique and holistic way to support your good health and help you feel better. By nourishing your mental and physical vitality, reflexology can help you let go of tension and maintain your balance in meeting the demands and stresses of your daily life.

Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage stimulates the bodies lymphatic system to assist in the disposal and removal of toxins, return of tissue fluid build-up to the circulatory system and reduction of swelling. Lymphatic massage is ideal for those suffering from
