The Shake It 8 week program is run by our qualified Nutritionists and Naturopaths.
 
Spaces are limited and group size is restricted to 8 people per group.
 
The program is designed to move fat at a rate of approx 1 -2 kilos per week and kick start you into a healthy new way of life.
 
On completion, we strongly recommend follow up consultations until a healthy fat % is achieved ($60 + supplements).
 
Alternatively you are welcome to continue on with another prepaid program.
